Shades of Green

The microwaved shade of green of my palak paneer doesn’t quite match the shade of green shown on the package, does it. This package was sitting on the grocery store shelf so long waiting for me to come along to rescue it, that the pic just faded, maybe?
What shade of green would you call that gunk in my bowl? “Pond Scum Verdant?”
But it’s seriously quite tasty. So much so, I’m thinking seriously of rescuing those other packages of it back at the grocery store and offering to make a special side dish for our Christmas dinner: spaghetti, with tomato sauce on one half and this on the other half.
